Without these acts of kindness, the world would be a cruel place. If nobody helped you when you needed it the most or nobody listened to you, you would feel lonely and heartbroken. Kindness has a ripple effect, where when one person spreads it, it creates a chain reaction of goodness. Spreading kindness doesn't take a lot, from telling your teacher the page of the book when she forgot it or helping an old man get to his favorite coffee shop.
