Plants rely on it to grow, animals depend on it to survive, and humans build entire civilizations around it. Unlike fire, which consumes, or earth, which remains solid and steady, water adapts. It flows around obstacles, finds new paths, and takes the shape of whatever holds it. It is soft when it runs through fingers but strong enough to wear down cliffs over time. It can be calm like a still lake or fierce like a raging storm.
